Asian Style Spring Dinner Party (Pan Seared Tuna with Wasabi and Toasted Soy Sesame Seeds)

Asian style flavors mixed with spring ingredients makes for a perfect Spring dinner party!  If you want to create this menu anytime of the year, replace the pea shoots with mixed greens.  Also if you can’t find the black rice use regular rice not minute rice.  If you can’t find the sake displayed below try  Ty∙Ku Super Premium Junmai Ginjo Sake which is super smooth, a plum wine or an Asian style beer.
