Step 1: Slice Avocado in half
Step 2: With a sharp knife hit the seed of the avocado on a cutting board at an angel,
twist and remove seed. Seed should come out with the knife.
Step 3: Using a spoon scoop avocado out of the rind.
Step 4: Place down and dice or cut into wedges. If choosing to eat as is add a tad bit of fresh lime juice and a few sprinkles of kosher salt. Remember that avocados will turn brown when exposed to air, so they should be eaten in a relatively short time after cutting them. However, the lime juice will slow down the browning process.
