Baked Tortilla Chips

Make your own tortilla chips are generally healthier than the purchased kind, you can control the saltiness, not to mention jazzing them up with different seasonings. 

Ingredients

12 – 6” corn tortillas
Non-stick cooking spray
Kosher salt

Technique

Cut each tortilla into 8 pie shaped pieces. Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Arrange all pieces onto sheet and spray the chips once again with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with kosher salt and place into a preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 8-10 minutes until crisp and slightly browned.
