Blend of Mediterranean Olives with Herbs

This is a super easy appetizer!  Serve with a log of fresh goat cheese and slices of a multi-grain artisan bread to make it a spectacular appetizer!  Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil is being used and can be purchased on-line at Spicewood Food Company.

Ingredients

1 – 7 oz. container of a Mediterranean blend olive, drained
1 tablespoon of Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon of Herbs de Provence
1 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce
Sprinkle of kosher salt

Technique

Drain olives from jar. Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix and pour into a small serving dish. Eat as is or with recommendations from above.
