Try this extremely easy and tasty turkey gravy that has only two ingredients.
4 cups of turkey drippings and broth from cooked turkey
1 tablespoons of flour
Pour as much broth drippings from roasting pan into a medium sized pot. If you need a little more liquid or it appears too thick use about a cup or so of water to deglaze the roasting pan to gather up all of the savory bits. Let broth dripping mixture cool a bit before adding the flour, otherwise the flour will make little lumps in the broth. Whisk the flour into the drippings. Over medium high heat bring mixture to a boil whisking frequently for about 5 minutes until thickened and reduced.
