A perfect beverage dessert when you want something sweet to complete the meal. I have also put ingredient amounts in tablespoons, because that is how I made it and I think that it will be easier for the home cook/mixologist to make.
This recipe makes two espresso martinis.
1/4 cup of Stoli brand Vanilla Vodka
1/4 cup of Kahlúa
1/8 cup of Baileys Irish Cream
1/8 cup of freshly brewed espresso
While espresso is brewing, pour the top three ingredients into a shaker full of ice. Once espresso is brewed, pour into shaker, shake and strain the into two martini glasses. Serve immediately.
