Fajitas and Ritas (margaritas) are a fun dinner party that I do quite often and generally serve up a mix of margaritas! Not only is it fun and flavorful, but is very easy to make so you can enjoy your guests! Another easy dip that I add is a simple queso made with Rotel and Velveta cheese and it is fantastic on the fajitas too!
