German Fall Dinner Party (Pork Schnitzel with a Mustard Beer Sauce)

Fall and German flavors just seem to go together beautifully!  Because Oktoberfest is around the corner or in full swing, this menu combines both flavors!  I selected a French wine that pairs perfectly with the entrée and why not – France borders Germany and the flavors of both countries sometimes are intermingled.  However, you can choose to serve wine or beer or both – mix it up and enjoy the season!
