Fabulous color, quick and easy not to mention fantastic flavor! One large bunch is an ideal side dish for 4 people.
1 large bunch of asparagus
1 tablespoon of Spicewood Food Company Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil which can be purchased on-line or extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of Spicewood Food Company Balsamic Vinegar Aged 18 Years which can be purchased on-line or regular balsamic vinegar
Rinse and pat the asparagus dry. Cut the lower 2 inches off of the asparagus. Place in a shallow dish. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss until evenly coated.Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium and place on grill, turn often to prevent burning. Continue to turn until asparagus becomes tender and the color has changed. Remove and serve.
