Ham is generally great as is, but we have taken a wonderful glaze that makes it simply spectacular! Serve with Potato and Mixed Mushroom Au Gratin or Fingerling Potato and Wild Mushroom Au Gratin and Chilled Asparagus with Lemon Infused Olive Oil, Cherry Tomatoes and Fresh Dill for a great Sunday dinner or Easter dinner. Serves a crowd.
1 -5 lb. smoked ham fully cooked
Whole cloves inserted into ham (optional)
1/2 cup of Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip to glaze
1/2 cup of Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip
½ cup of red wine vinegar
Cook ham according to package directions just to warm. This one took about 30 minutes. Glaze the ham 15 minutes before removing from oven. Remove from oven and let rest for about 10 minutes and serve with sauce on the side.
To make sauce, whisk together ingredients in a small sauce pan to heat. Place in a gravy boat and serve along side ham.
