Champagne is a great way to celebrate any occasion. This one is a particular favorite during the holiday season and Valentine’s Day, because of its red color.
Ingredients
1 bottle of Prosecco, an Italian sparkling wine
1 pomegranate seeds removed
Technique
Fill bottom of champagne flute with pomegranate seeds. Then pour in Prosecco. Watch the seeds float to the top like magical fairies doing a whimsical dance! Enjoy!
