Asparagus with Lemon Infused Olive Oil and Fresh Dill

This is an extremely easy side dish that has a wonderful combination of flavors.  Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil is being used and can be purchased on-line at Spicewood Food Company.


1 lb. of asparagus cleaned and tough ends removed
3 tablespoons of Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon of fresh dill minced


Steam asparagus until al dente about 5 minutes remove from steamer and place on a serving plate drizzle with lemon infused olive oil and sprinkle with dill.
