Baked Chips!

Since its March Madness time and St. Patrick’s Day is coming up I naturally thought of the potato and party food came to mind as well.  With that in mind why not create a healthier version of the potato chip and use other vegetables as well.   Not only are they healthy and delicious, but are perfect for an after school snack or create them for game days!  Most any root vegetable will work along with a fruit as well like the plantain.  Also sprinkle them with spices for extra flavor.  Use your imagination and mix it up to your liking!
