Easy Dinner (Grilled Buffalo Strip Steak)

For anyone that loves “peppery” flavor this is a menu for you!  It is not overwhelming but is very flavorful and balanced with milder ingredients.  Arugula has a peppery flavor and the dressing along with the pears and candied pecans make balance the flavors nicely along with the creamy goodness of blue cheese.  The steak has a milder pepper flavor with McCormick’s Montreal Steak Grill Mates Seasoning, but if you love pepper grind a combination of peppercorns for your seasoning.  The wine chosen has hints of pepper and will pair perfectly with the salad and steak!  Round out your meal with a creamy take on a peanut butter cup.
