French Dinner (Coq au Vin)

French food may sound intimidating, but don’t let the fancy names fool you.  Generally the best are rustic peasant dishes.  In this case I have assembled a menu that is very easy.  The cheese course is being served as an appetizer, but in some of my theme menus will be featured as the traditional cheese course served after the main course.
