If you can find a variety of different colored beans, such as, yellow, purple and green, use a mix for great presentation.
1 lb. of green beans, stems removed (or a variety of colored beans)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/3 cup of sliced almonds
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. SautÃ© beans until tender and slightly browned. Add kosher salt and almonds and sautÃ© until almonds begin to brown. Remove and serve family style.
