Fabulous color, quick and easy not to mention fantastic flavor!Â One large bunch is an ideal side dish for 4 people.
1 large bunch of asparagus
1 tablespoon of Spicewood Food Company Rosemary Extra VirginÂ Olive Oil which can be purchased on-line or extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of Spicewood Food Company Balsamic Vinegar Aged 18 YearsÂ which can be purchased on-line or regular balsamic vinegar
Rinse andÂ pat theÂ asparagus dry. Cut the lower 2 inches off of the asparagus. Place in a shallow dish. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss until evenly coated.Preheat aÂ grill or grill pan to medium and place on grill, turn often to prevent burning. Continue to turn until asparagus becomes tender and the color has changed. Remove and serve.
