Serves 4.
4 – 4 -6 oz. salmon fillets
2 teaspoons ofÂ Italian Seasoning
2 tablespoons of Spicewood Food Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
In a large Ziplock bag mix together seasoning, balsamic vinegar and oil. Add fillets, close and massage marinade to evenly coat fillets. Place the fillets flesh side down in the refrigerator to marinade for at least 4 â€“ 6 hours.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Place flesh side down and grill each side of fillets for about 3 – 5 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the fillet and the type of grill you are using. Remove from grill and serve with extra balsamic vinegar for drizzling if desired.
