Oh what a friend we have in cheeses whether sliced, cubed, melted over pretty much anything or a bubbling appetizer! However, some stand out from the crowd like grilling cheeses. Grilling cheeses are unique because they hold their shape on the grill, but get a gooey middle. Most grilling cheeses are known as Greek, but there are other cheeses that can be grilled. My favorite grilling cheeses are Kessari (Greece), Halloumi (Cyprus) Manchego (Spain), Carr’s Brand Bread Cheese (USA) and hard cheddar cheeses. The possibilities are endless from appetizers to burgers to pizza and don’t forget dessert! Try some of my recipes listed below, check out other options in my recipe collection or whip up your own creation! If you don’t have a grill, use an indoor griddle, bake it in the oven or pan fry it.
