Oh what a friend we have in cheeses whether sliced, cubed, melted over pretty much anything or a bubbling appetizer! However, some stand out from the crowd like grilling cheeses. Grilling cheeses are unique because they hold their shape on the grill, but get a gooey middle. Most grilling cheeses are known as Greek, but there are other cheeses that can be grilled.
