When it comes to a dinner party or a date night dinner I often gravitate toward Italian menus. Maybe it is because it is flat out great no matter the season, everyone generally loves it so it is perfect for a dinner party and seems romantic for a perfect date night dinner. This menu is geared more toward a dinner party because of the number of servings for each dish. However, you can cut the ingredients in half to accommodate a date night dinner and possibly have leftovers for the next day!
