Enjoy your Holiday dinner with this easy menu that is perfect for large or small dinner parties! The appetizers are very simple to put together, the cheesecake needs to be made ahead of time, the oven does almost all of the work for the standing rib roast except for carving itself and the salad uses a purchased dressing and most of the components for the salad can be prepped ahead of time so all you have to do is cut the pear, toss the salad and plate!
