Apple Cider Beers

The crisp hints of fall are in the air and apples are in season. Most people turn to apple cider, but why not try something different yet seasonal – apple cider beers. There are many versions of this style of beer as there are apples, so we have chosen two of our favorite at this point in time; Woodchuck Draft Cider Amber (Vermont) and Strongbow Dry Cider (England). Each has its own unique flavor and in my opinion both are on the sweet side maintaining an apple cider flavor with a slight amber beer background flavor. There is a vast array of cider style beers than the ones featured, so select the kind(s) that are available to you. Have some friends over, try a few and see which one is your favorite. Drink responsibly and enjoy!

1 bottle of Strongbow Dry Cider (England)
