During the holidays eggnog is a classic favorite to toast the holidays. There are many family favorites that are generally used. However, I wanted to offer up something a little unique – Rompope. Rompope is a rich and creamy Mexican spirit that I feel has a smoother eggnog type of flavor. I recommend serving chilled or on the rocks and pairs very well with Mexican Chocolate Rum Balls as shown. Rompope is not only a creamy delight, but very easy – just pour, toast, sip and enjoy!
