1 bottle of Prosecco, an Italian sparkling wine
2 kiwis peeled and one sliced for garnish an the other diced and mashed with a fork to make into a rough puree
Fill bottom of champagne flute with roughly mashed kiwi. Then pour in Prosecco. Garnish flute with a thinly sliced kiwi.
