After a long week we all need a fantastic and easy meal! Sometimes we just can’t go out so enjoy a date night dinner at home with an easy menu to prepare. The filets should be marinated overnight so keep that in mind when making this menu. Also the berries need to be macerated making this an easy meal – just grill the filet and assemble the dessert when ready to eat! The appetizer should be served immediately, but make it easy by prepping the mushrooms, have everything measured and in place to make the appetizer and it will come together easily for a perfect evening!
