Get ready for a German and/or Oktoberfest feast that will feed a crowd! I have created several recipes to make your celebration easy and delicious! The platter could be a meal itself if you want to make it really easy and end with the cupcake!  Or skip the appetizer and make the entrée for a weeknight meal or for a family of 4. However, if you are feeding a crowd I highly recommend the entire menu! I have provided a selection of Oktoberfest style beers and German Rieslings for you to choose from to complement your meal. Prost!
