Garlic Press

A garlic press is a wonderful alternative to mincing garlic.  I almost always do this as apposed to mincing, because it saves me time.  There are some recipes where mincing is better and those are generally for marinara sauces.  The black device for the one on the left will aid in cleaning process and the one on the right just flip the handle over and it will clean it for you!
