Create this menu as a WOW factor for your friends or family! The short ribs are extremely easy and absolutely delicious! Well everything is absolutely delicious in my opinion! If you don’t want to make the entire menu, do as I have done in the past and make the salad as a main entrée or the short ribs. But I highly recommend the entire menu for a dinner party!
