I love menus that are decadent and most of it can be made ahead of time so I can enjoy my guests – and this is exactly what I had in mind when I created this menu!  It is perfect for a quiet dinner for 2 or for a larger dinner party! Keep the side dishes simple with the main course because the sauce is perfect for pouring over Classic Mashed Potatoes and grilled or steamed asparagus! I would highly recommend starting out with a glass of sparkling wine for the appetizer and  ending it with one too! I have shown 2 of my favorites that are under $15 or serve the one used to macerate the berries with your dessert.
