A refreshing addition to a dish anytime of year. This goes well with tortilla, chips, Southwest Corn Bread Muffins and white fish, such as Halibut.
1 ripe mango diced see How to Cut a Mango if needed
2 ripe avocados diced see How to Cut an Avocado if needed
1/2 cup of red onions diced
1/4 cup of cilantroÂ stems removed and minced
Sprinkle of kosher salt
Dice all ingredients and mix together with the juice of one very juicyÂ lime. Transfer to your favorite serving bowl. Serve with chips or as an accompaniment to any grilled meat dish.
