This is a perfect menu for a Spring/Summer dinner party! A whole fish makes a great presentation! In this case I did get a little carried away with the veggies on the platter, but they all paired very well with the fish! Don’t be afraid of cooking a whole fish it is extemely easy and they normally come already prepped and all you need to do is stuff it if desired and pop it in the oven. A whole fish comes out very moist and tender because the skin and bones are intact.
