This sauce is wonderful over any asian dish in particular grilled or pan seared salmon or grilled or pan seared tuna.
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons of wasabi paste
Garnish with wasaabi sesame seeds
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with wasabi sesame seeds when serving.
