This is a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack. Mix it up your way with different fruits and nuts. I am using a creamy honey that is creamier than normal honey in taste and appearance.
1 cup of plain low fat organic yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons of pure cream honey
2 tablespoons of organic raspberries
2 tablespoons of organic blueberries
1 tablespoon of sliced toasted almonds
In a small nonstick skillet, toast almonds over medium high heat for about 3 minutes stirring often so they donâ€™t burn. In a medium bowl mix yogurt and honey. To assemble add the yogurt to the glass and top with berries and nuts. Enjoy!
