Serve with any of my TexMex reicpes or as a dipÂ withÂ tortilla chips.Â Pico de Gallo is displayed in the top bowl.Â Avocado Salsa is displayed in the bottom bowl.Â Serve both as shown along with sour creamÂ displayed in the middleÂ bowlÂ for a fantastic TexMex appetizer or meal!
1/3 cup diced onions
Pinch of kosher salt
1 cup of diced tomatoes
1/2 of a jalapeÃ±o pepper, seed removed and diced may use more if wanting more heat
1/3 cup ofÂ cilantro stems removed and minced
Juice of half of 1 lime
Mix all ingredients in a medium bow. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
When making any of our gluten-free recipes take care in reading the labels of any packaged or canned products. If there is a label on anything you are using, read it or ask to make sure that it is indeed gluten-free. Many products vary in ingredients from brand to brand. Some examples of this can be found when looking at the labels of soy sauce, mustard, distilled vinegar, and even chicken broth.
