Dill Cream Sauce

This is a wonderful fresh sauce that pairs well over fish, asparagus, potatoes or would be a great spread on bagels topped with smoked salmon. Fresh dill is highly recommended, but dried dill weed can be used. Sprinkle in enough to desired taste.


1/2 cup of sour cream
3 tablespoons of fresh dill minced (more or less depending on your taste)
Juice of half of a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste


Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate for at least a half hour for flavors to blend.
