A wonderful and easy side dish with pork and chicken recipes or during the holidays when they are normally served and you need something easy! Â Simple ingredients, but wonderful flavor!
1 pound of brussel sprouts
1/4 cup of olive oil
Sprinkle of Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
Rinse and drain brussel sprouts. Cut stem off and cut in half, Toss brussel sprouts withÂ oil, salt and pepper in medium sized mixing bowl and mix to evenly coat brussel sprouts. Place in medium size baking dish and cover. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degreesÂ for 30 – 45 minutes or until tender.
